How I work

Assistant Guru was set up with a clear vision to help individuals and  businesses in the holistic health, well-being and self development industry be able to ‘see the wood for the trees’ when they feel their daily workload is getting in the way.  I work closely with my clients to understand their needs, in order to ease the pressure where it is most needed, and quickly provide them with the space and time to breath again. This page will give you a sense of my approach to working with clients, the principles that guide me, and why Assistant Guru is unique.

You can leave all the client liaison work to me and I will make sure that they are all kept happy and receive a highly professional and approachable service at all times.

Communication is key.  I work on a consultative basis with clients, so that we can share ideas and ensure that we are always working towards the same goal.  I also appreciate that your clients are of the up-most importance to you and your business, and they deserve to be kept informed on a regular basis.

Which is why Assistant Guru was set up, as I love what I do, and want to help others enjoy their work more, by using our skills and experience to take the pressure off them.  I work with inspiring people who strive for what they believe in – which is the best form of work – an extension of who we really are.

Time and space to breath on a regular basis allows creative energy to flow. Life can be so busy nowadays, with demands on our time being seemingly non-stop. Taking time to put things into perspective once in a while, and reminding ourselves of who we are and what’s important is essential. It allows new ideas and possibilities to be seen, and expressed.  I believe this results in both a prosperous and profitable business, with a fresh approach.

Development and growth is continual and is essential to move forward.  I recognise that my own self-development and a willingness to learn is a key driving force in providing the best possible service to my clients. Its what makes life exciting and interesting!  It allows me to generate, and remain open to, new ideas, as well as genuinely connecting with my clients and their business as they evolve.
